I'm a young(ish) man who feels old. I do not, in fact, have children or grandchildren. I feel like a grandpa in that I feel out of touch with the world that peers my age typically experience.
I like old things. Vintage clothing, interior design & decor, TV, movies, video-games, the list goes on. While I enjoy modern ammenities and conveniences, I am quite depressed by the state of overconsumption society has become accustomed to.
I'm anti-AI. I was quite touched viewing other peoples sites on the indie web, noting how many make a point of stating their stance. In my work field, like many other fields, AI is encroaching upon it, and it's very frustrating.
